Terms of Service

Welcome to imreadyto.work. These terms are the ground rules for using our service. We've kept them as plain as we can. By creating an account, you agree to them.
imreadyto.work is a product of The Profile Lab, based in Connecticut ("The Profile Lab," "we," "us").
What we do
We help you build a personal career page at imreadyto.work/yourname, with an AI assistant that helps you shape your story. We give you the tools; you decide what your page says.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older and able to agree to these terms. One account per person, please, and keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
Your content is yours
Everything you add, including your words, photos, and work history, belongs to you. To run the service, you give us permission to store, display, and process your content, including showing your published page publicly and sending your information to our AI provider to generate suggestions. That permission ends when you delete your content or your account.
Honesty matters
Your page represents you to employers, so it has to be true.
- You're responsible for everything on your page. Review every line before you publish.
- The AI makes suggestions, not decisions. It can make mistakes. Nothing is published until you approve it, and you should never approve something that isn't accurate.
- Don't claim jobs, titles, degrees, licenses, or credentials you don't have.
Things you can't do
- Pretend to be someone else, or build a page about another person without their permission.
- Post photos or content you don't have the right to use.
- Post anything hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or illegal.
- Use the AI assistant for things unrelated to your career page, or try to misuse, overload, or break the service.
- Scrape, copy, or resell the service or other people's pages.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Your page address
Page addresses (imreadyto.work/yourname) are first come, first served. We may reclaim an address that impersonates someone, is offensive, or misleads people, and we'll help you pick a new one.
Pricing, payments, and canceling
Free preview. You can create your profile with the guided builder and preview your finished page for free. No credit card is needed.
Job Search Pass: $29, one-time payment.
- The pass gives you 90 days of access, starting when your payment goes through: publishing your page, the resume tools, the LinkedIn makeover, and AI interview practice.
- It is a single payment. It does not renew, it is not a subscription, and we will not charge you again. There is nothing to cancel.
- When your 90 days end, your page is unpublished. Your profile and everything in it stay saved in your account, so you can publish again later with a new pass or with Keep Your Page.
Keep Your Page: $5 per month, optional.
- Keep Your Page is a separate subscription that keeps your page published, or publishes it again, after your pass ends. It only starts if you choose it and agree to the recurring charge at checkout. It never starts automatically, including when you tap "I got hired!".
- It renews every month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime, in one click, from your account. No phone calls.
- When you cancel, your page stays published until the end of the month you've paid for, then it is unpublished. Your profile stays saved.
Payments are processed by Stripe.
Refunds: If you're not happy with your Job Search Pass, email support@imreadyto.work within 7 days of purchase for a full refund — no questions asked. A refund ends the pass and unpublishes your page; your profile stays saved. Keep Your Page monthly payments are not refunded.
If prices ever change, we'll tell you at least [30] days ahead, and the change won't apply until your next billing period.
Copyright complaints
If you believe something on imreadyto.work uses your copyrighted work without permission, email support@ImReadyTo.Work with the details and we'll look into it promptly.
Ending your account
You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we'll explain why when we can. If we ever shut down the service, we'll give you at least [30] days' notice and a way to download your content.
No guarantees
We'll do our best to keep imreadyto.work running smoothly, but we provide it "as is." We can't promise that your page will get you interviews or a job. We also can't promise the service will always be available or error-free.
Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, like lost job opportunities or lost income, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut.
Changes to these terms
If we make important changes, we'll email you or post a notice before they take effect. If you keep using the service after that, you're agreeing to the updated terms.
